Track, Log, and Manage System Actions
Have a record been deleted and you're unsure who did it?
With this module, you can uncover this information with just a few clicks!
Here's a glimpse of what you can do:
This module enables you to track and log any action from users. You can monitor actions such as record creation, updates, and deletions along with the time, date, and user details.
The menu is accessible through the technical menu > Action Tracker > Action Logs.
Toggle Attention field if you want to flag a particular log that needs your attention!
Open a log with action 'update' so you can see which fields have been modified.
You can filter and group by the logs!
Customize Your Tracking Preferences With Flexibility
The menu is accessible through the technical menu > Action Tracker > Configuration.
Decide which models should be tracked
On the configuration view, you can decide if you want to track and log the different actions.
Also decide if you want track the action of the OdooBot user.
A scheduled action (Cron) is executed every day to clean and delete logs older than 180 days by default. You can decide the number of days after the deletion should be done.
