Sales Quote from Helpdesk Ticket

  This app allows your helpdesk team to create sales quotes from helpdesk support ticket form view as shown in below screenshots.

Features  

  • Allow your helpdesk team to add products in helpdesk ticket form and based on that allow them to create "Sales Quotation" using button given on helpdesk ticket form.
  • Showing Quotation/ Sales Order reference on ticket form.
  • Passing ticket reference from sales order to created customer invoice.


Helpdesk Configuration Setting
  • Click on helpdesk "Configuration" menu.
  • Go to Teams menu and click the any Team that you want to configure.
  • Click on "Sale Order/Quotation" checkbox.
  • Configuration -> Teams -> Select "Sale Order/Quotation" under the section "After- Sales".



Create Sale Quotation/Order
  • After configuring  in helpdesk ticket form, create sales quotation button will appear in helpdesk ticket form and also you can add prodcuts here to create orders from it.
  • Add some products in helpdesk ticket and click "Create Sales Quotation" button.
  • Now the quotation is created and you can browse it through "Sales Order" smart button.


  Show created sale orders
  • Show all the created sale quotation/order(s) by clicking on the "Sale Orders" smart button top of the right corner helpdesk view form.
After create sale order
  • Once you create sale order in helpdesk ticket then the button "CREATE SALES QUOTATION" will get disappear as you cannot create multiple sales order at a time.
  • If you need to make a new sales order with different order lines and quantities, you must first cancel the old one and then create it again.

 
Helpdesk Ticket reference in Sale Order

You can view the Helpdesk Ticket from Sales Order too by clicking on "Helpdesk Ticket" smart button in Sales Order form view.
