vCard Wizard

Provide a simple and easy way to assist you to synchronize contacts between Odoo and other systems with common vCard format.
You can import the exported vCard files to Google / Apple accounts.
Moreover, you can also import the vCard file that exported from other systems to Odoo.


How-To

The below instruction will show you how to import or export contacts from Odoo.

Export from Odoo

To vCard

Choose the contacts that you want to export, Then, select "Export vCard (.vcf)" in the "Action" menu.
The download process will be activated to get the exported vCard file.

To QR code

Edit a contact record and switch to "vCard" tab. There are three size of QR code for users to design their name card.
You can also scan the QR code by your phone to import the contact directly.
* Please refresh the webpage after updated this record to ensure the QR code is the latest.


Import to Odoo

From vCard

Open Import Wizard at "Contacts -> Configuration -> Import vCard (.vcf)" as figure 1.
Press "UPLOAD YOUR FILE" button to choose your vCard file then press "IMPORT" to submit.

Export / Import to others

Google
