3) Joining Process & Exit Process

Joining Process: It's the asset request process.
(The joining process involves the user entering their laptop expectations. An engineer is then assigned to either provide the laptop or send a new laptop request. Once assigned, the laptop is dispatched. If the laptop is broken in transit, a mail should be sent to the administrator)

Exit Process: It's the asset return process.
(The exit process involves the user or admin raising a support request. The user either submits the laptop in person or sends it via courier. Upon arrival at the support team, the engineer classifies the laptop into categories: good condition, broken on the user's end, broken in transit, or dispute in configuration. A good condition laptop is stocked, a broken one on the user's end prompts a mail to HR for repair, a broken in transit triggers a mail to the admin for repair, and a configuration dispute results in a mail to HR for the repair process.)

4) Laptop issue management.

It's a laptop repair process
(The laptop issue management process begins with an engineer filling in details, categorizing them as software or hardware issues. For software problems, remote solutions are applied. In the case of hardware issues, the engineer decides whether to send it to a nearby vendor or the company. The repair workflow involves addressing small issues or raising a spare request for more significant problems. Once the spare request is completed, the spare is added to stock and assigned to the laptop. Once the laptop is ready, it is sent through courier for use)
