Partner Restrictions

Restrict the users who have limited access from accessing all partners, and assign them their related partners only, to control the access to the records and reports.

Features:


  1. Control who will have full access to all partners
  2. Control who will have restricted access to the partners
  3. Determine the accessed partners for the restricted users
  4. The restriction is applied to records and dynamic reports
  5. By default, the restricted users will access the partner of their user, and their allowed companies' partner
  6. The restriction is applicable on a multi-companies database

Activation:


  1. The users who will have restricted access will be added to the group (Restrict Partners Access)
  2. Users with full access shouldn't be added to this restriction group
  3. The restricted users will access only the partners added to the (Restrict Partners) tab on the user form
