The warranty is provided on clean odoo instance.

We would not help you (for free) in case our modules do not work on your server or conflict with any other modules.

Also we are ready to consider your feature requests to our modules, and if we would find them useful we can consider including them to new releases.

Also we do provide all types of odoo support services, like installing odoo instance on your server, supporting your odoo server, custom development.

Prepaid support and development packages are available upon request.

Module settings

To start working with the kw_facebook_lead_form module, you should log in to your Meta for Developers account and create a new application.

In the new window select Other applications and click Next. Select the Business type.

Enter the name of the application. Add a business account. Click Create application button.

Open the newly created application and go to the Dashboard tab. Go to Facebook Login/Settings to make the appropriate settings by checking the boxes and specifying the domain of your Odoo system (you can enter several addresses in this field).

The next step is to go to the Odoo system, open the Applications menu, click the Refresh Application Lists button (located on the top left), and enter "kw_facebook_lead_form" and "kw_graph_api" in the search bar. Install these modules.

After opening Facebook in the menu, go to the Settings/Facebook App tab and click Create. In the resulting form, you should specify the Token and the App Secret. All data is taken from the personal Facebook accounts of companies. In order to specify a Facebook App Access Token, go to the Tools / Access Token Tool tab and find the required App Token, copy it, and paste it into the Odoo system. Next, go to the Settings/General section and copy the App Secret for the Facebook App Secret field. To successfully configure this module, your business account on Facebook must be verified. After filling in all the data, click Connect App.

After entering the correct data and connecting to the application, you will receive a Facebook App ID and a checkmark will be placed opposite the Connect field. The next step is to click the Login button.

You will be automatically redirected to the Facebook page, where edit the settings and select the Facebook page to connect to the Odoo system.

Go to the Pages tab and select an existing page.

In order to receive lead forms, you need to check the “Is Lead Form” box. Next, click the Resubscribe button to subscribe and agree to additional permissions.

On the Settings tab, you will have the opportunity to specify default values when creating a lead in the CRM module.

Going to the Lead Form tab, you will see the lead form permissions. Form Lead Limit: allows you to limit survey forms (the last ten, for example). You can also deactivate the form.

After selecting the desired survey, you can see the questions that are present in the form, the number of answers, and the number of generated leads.

For convenience and comfort, this module includes automatic actions. After activating the developer mode, go to General settings/Technical/Automation/Scheduled actions. Every 2 minutes, information about Facebook leads is updated. You can change this frequency yourself by going to the desired action and specifying the desired frequency if necessary. Also, the Facebook lead token is updated every 15 days.
