Problemas para instalar el modulo

Hola buenas, al tratar de instalar el modulo arroja este error
Imposible instalar el módulo "l10n_cl_fe" porqué hay una dependencia externa no resuelta: Python library not installed: facturacion_electronica.

hola, pues debe instalar esa dependencia python, es la librería base que hace el timbraje, de lo contrario nada funciona
