O2B Document Generate
Features
- Generate document using template.
- Verify document using ssl certificate.
O2B DOCUMENT GENERATOR: User Guide
Step 1: Go to Setting app>>DocuGenerate: Click on the âDocGeneratorâ menuitem
Step 2: Click the âNewâ button or the existing document.
Step 3: A form opens with the following fields to fill correctly. These fields are as follows:-
- Document Name
- Model (in which model)
- Responsible Person
- Content
Step 4: Enter the document's content under the form's content section, and click on the âsaveâ button.
Step 5: Go to the selected model and click on the âActionâ button, for example, here we have selected the âContactâ model.
Step 6: Click on the âGenerateâ menu item. A pop-up window will appear with a âGenerateâ button, click on the button to get the document generated.
Step 7: A document will get downloaded into the system
