Odoo-Lob Integration

Features of this app:
  • Lob Configuration Setup: Setup your Lob within the Invoicing App in odoo
  • Customer Invoice Sending: Sending Customer Invoices via Lob Letter by clicking on "Send by Lobletter."
  • Message History: Maintenance of a message thread after sending Lob Letter.
  • Invoices PDF Viewing: Viewing Lob Letter in PDF format by clicking on "PDF."

O2B LOB INTEGRATION: User Guide

Step 1: Go to Invoicing app>>Configuration: Click on the “Lob Configuration” menuitem.

Step 2: Click on the “New” button to add the Lob account’s details.

Step 3: A form opens with the following fields to fill correctly. These fields are as follows:-
  • Lob URL
  • Lob Api Key
  • Lob To Address
  • Lob From Address

Step 4: Go to Accounting>>Customer, and click on the invoice menu.

Step 5: Create a new invoice through the “New” button or open an old invoice by clicking on it.

Step 6: Click on the button “Send by LobLetter”, present on the invoice screen

Step 7: To check the message history, go to the chatter section of the present screen.
Note: The invoice is in the form of a pdf.

Step 8: To view the invoice, click on the pdf present on the chatter section of the screen.
Note: Once the pdf is clicked, a new tab will appear where the invoice is present in the form of the pdf document, which can be downloaded
