By adding a highly configurable workflow engine in the "Settings" menu for Recruitment, this module extends the Recruitment module's functionality to manage complicated workflow approvals. Which offers a highly configurable workflow engine where almost no real coding is required to design any complicated process; this feature has turned it into the easiest way to automate and implement policies.
