Quality-based Lot Disposition

• Allows you to automatically set the Lot Disposition of a product as either available or unavailable based on the results of quality control.

How to use Quality Lot Disposition

• In Inventory → Configuration → Settings, then Traceability section, define the code for Default Fail Disposition
  


• In Quality → Quality Control → Quality Checks, create a new record and define the product that is going to be checked
  


• Set the Control per to be Quantity


• Then in the list view, click on the action menu Set Disposition Code
  


• A popup to set the Lot Disposition would appear, choose the suitable Disposition based on the QC result
  


• The related Lot would be marked depending on the chosen Disposition Code
  


• If the QC is marked as Fail, then it will take the configured Default Fail Disposition code to be marked at that Product Lot
