After generating the sale order, a screen will display with detailed information for the specific nozzle. Users can input the day's fuel price, and the system will automatically calculate total readings and amounts. The "QC/QT-Check" toggle button enables staff to record daily fuel quality checks as instructed by management, across any nozzle. Expenses, credit sales, oil sales, credit payments, and consolidated payments are entered until the total amount matches, and the balance reaches zero. Entries are tracked and verified on this screen. Upon balance verification, users can trigger the "Generate Sale Order" button to automatically record entries into the sales, expenses, and accounting modules. These created entries are displayed with a smart button for each nozzle, facilitating easy tracking.
