Create scrap order from POS screen

Using this account: username: demo / password: demo

Scan / select the product to scrap

From the POS screen, you scan / select the product as usual. Then click on the button Scrap

Scrap Screen

Scrap screen will be open to let you review the products. Now you have to options: come back or continue.

Scrap order will be created for each product.

Setting

You can choose the option for each Point of Sale.
There are 3 options: No scrap order, Create and Validate Scrap order for product has stock only, and, Always create Scrap order.

Hi, thank you for your answer. I have other questions: - Do you plan new developments in the short term ? - Does the scrap order works if the product has 0 stock or a negative stock ? Thank you

Hi, you can configure to create the scrap order when no enough stock onhand. anw, you can know how it works by watching this video:

It've not supported yet.

Hi, for any scrap order, we need to justify the scrap by adding a reason why we take it out of the stock. Example: broken, internal use, out of date, ...

Is there a possibility to add a category to the scrap order ?

If not, is it possible to link the scrap order to a customer and make the customer chosen appear in the inventory module ?
