Equipment Repairs / Machine Repair Management

Overview

Machine repair management or equipment maintenance management module in Odoo helps your employee to reduce there work via call to create ticket in system now your customers can directly create the tickets from website and it automatically create tickets in odoo for your internal users and can easily handle it. This module is helpful for companies who sell different kinds of machine to different customer as maintenance of these machines sold to the customer can be handled easily with this module.

Once the customer logged in the customer can click on Repair management > and Create a Ticket from the website

Customer login view to check all details regarding ticket and he can chat with support team via odoo chatter below the screen

When ticket assigned to particular user then system will send email to customer as notification
