Automatic Head Office Branch Creation

Upon installing the module, existing companies will automatically have their Head Office branches created, ensuring a smooth transition into the multi-branch environment.


User Branch Assignment

Automatically set Allowed Branches and Default Branch for existing users, simplifying the user setup process and ensuring proper access rights.


Branch Creation and Management

Users with system setting permissions can create branches under Settings > Users & Companies > Branches menu.


and complete it with branch-specific information such as addresses, phone numbers, and Tax IDs.



Assign Branch User

User can assign a branch for which specific user is belongs.

Note: need to activate companies to be able to see branches of different companies. Otherwise only the branches of the current company can be seen


Branch Access Rights

Implement strict access control with our Multi Branches permission group, allowing only authorized users to select, view, and filter branches in the search view.

Automated Branch Data Population

Enhance efficiency by automatically populating the current branch when creating contacts, product templates, product variants, sales orders, invoices, and more, ensuring accurate branch assignment throughout your operations.


Branch On Contact

when creating a new contact, automatically populate the current branch with that contact. Only Multi Branches permission can see or edit branch information


Branch On Product Template

Only Multi Branches permission can see or edit branch information on product template, selected branch on product template will automatically added to product variant.


Branch On Product Variant

User can also set branch on product variant.


Branch On Sales Flow

While creating a sales order, automatically populate the current branch for the order, and warehouse shipment address is also set according to selected branch.


Only user with Multi Branches permission group can see created records of sale order group by branch using this filter, can also find this branch filter in Purchase Order, Invoice, Incoming Shipment/Delivery Order


Sales Analysis and Reporting​

Gain deeper insights into branch performance with the ability to filter sales records based on branches. Only users with the Multi Branches permission group can access sales analysis reports specific to each branch.

Note: To be able to see the reports of different branches, you need to activate those branches


Branch Integration in Picking and Warehouse

Optimize your warehouse management by automatically setting the branch for shipments and warehouse locations based on sales or purchase orders.

Branch on Warehouse

Only User with Multi Branches can set branch on warehouse.


Enhanced Journal and Payment Management

Users with Multi Branches permission can assign branches to journals, customer invoices, vendor bills, bank, and cash entries, ensuring seamless financial tracking and reporting.

Branch On Invoices

  • While invoice created from the sales order selected branch of the sales order or purchase order will automatically set on invoice.
  • When creating manual invoice then log in user's branch will be assigned to the invoice, selected branch of the invoice will automatically set on journal entry.
  • Only user with Multi Branches permission group can see branch


Branch On Account Payment

Selected branch of the invoice will automatically set on account payment. Only user with Multi Branches permission group can see branch.


Branch on Journal Entry

Only user with Multi Branches permission group can see branch


Branch On Journal

Only user with Multi Branches permission group can see branch on journals


Allow system administrator to create journal: Customer Invoices, Vendor Bills, Bank, Cash from branches


Branch On Purchase

While creating a purchase order automatically populate the current branch for the order. Only user with Multi Branches permission group can see branch on order


Branch On Purchase Analysis

Only user with Multi Branches permission group can see branch

Branch-based Project:

  • Effortlessly manage projects and employees with branch assignments, enabling more effective collaboration and resource allocation.
  • Only user with Multi Branches permission group can see, edit branch on project, task



Branch On Employees

Only user with Multi Branches permission group can see, edit branch on employees. In which branch is operating, show employees of that branch, or employees who do not set up a branch
