Customer Groups
Customer groups for discounts are segmented categories of customers sharing similar characteristics or behavior. They qualify for targeted discount offers and promotions, allowing businesses to tailor discounts based on customer preferences and attributes, thus fostering customer loyalty and driving sales. Examples include "New Customers," "VIP Members," and "Frequent Shoppers."
Create
Customer Group
- Go to your administration dashboard and navigate to the "Sales > Order > Customer Groups" section.
- Click on the "Create" button, and provide a name and description for the new customer group.
- Save the record.
Assign Customer Group
- Access the customer's profile in the administration panel.
- In the customer's details, find the "Customer Group" field and select the appropriate group from the dropdown menu.
- Save the changes to apply the assigned customer group, which will determine their eligibility for specific discount offers and customized promotions.

Custom Free Shipping
- Access your discount coupon configuration.
- Set the discount type to "Free Shipping".
- Define the eligible countries for the free shipping discount by specifying them in a one to many field.
- Save the settings to activate the free shipping discount for customers from the selected countries.
Free Shipping Reward
The free shipping coupon is effective only for customers whose shipping address matches the specified valid countries. Customers with addresses in those countries can use the coupon to receive free shipping, while others are not eligible for this benefit. Limiting the coupon to selected countries allows businesses to offer targeted promotions and control shipping costs.
