Stock Picking Approval
This module allows users to ask their manager or supervisor for approval before they can move stock for receiving goods, delivery orders or transferring items internally within the company. It's like getting approval before making any changes to the stock inventory.
Features
- Automatic generates stock picking approval requests before making any changes to the stock inventory.
- You can choose which specific stock transfer you need approval for.
- When the manager or supervisor approves the request, the system allows the stock picking to proceed and is ready for action within the inventory management system.
Go to the user settings and tick approval for internal transfer.
Go to the inventory settings and select stock picking approval for which specific stock transfer you need approval.
If you select apply approval for receipt and validate receipt it will be in the waiting for approval stage for manager approval.
The manager will get a notification for approval requests.
The manager can approve or reject the request.
If the manager approves the request, the user will get a notification for the approved request.
With the manager's approval user receipt will be in the done stage.
If you select apply approval for delivery order and validate the delivery order it will be in the waiting for approval stage for manager approval.
The manager can approve or reject the request.
If the manager rejects the request, the user will get a notification for the rejected request.
The manager's rejected delivery order will be cancelled.
