Overview
Customer Log module supplements Sales and POS modules, offering detailed order histories for selected customers, enhancing decision-making and customer relationships. Access to past orders enables businesses to personalize strategies and improve efficiency, fostering growth and loyalty.
Key Features
Comprehensive Transaction Tracking: Detailed tracking of transactions made in both Sale Orders(SO)and Point of Sale(POS)System.
Interactive Log Icon: Clickable log icon for quick access to transaction details.
Individual Order Invoice Printing: Generate and print invoices for each order separately.

Customer Log
Users must select the customer and need to click the log icon.
Clicking the log icon without selecting a customer prompts a warning popup instructing the user to select a customer before proceeding.
Transaction Histories
Transaction histories display upon clicking log icon with customer selected. Transaction histories comprise POS and sales module transactions.
Note:The log icon is accessible on all screens, enabling users to navigate to transaction histories and view them from any screen at any stage.
Users can further explore individual order details by expanding each transaction with a click on the arrow icon.
Invoice Printing
An invoice print button is provided for users to easily download the respective invoice.
Note: The invoice print button is accessible exclusively for orders with generated invoices.
