Contacts

The Contacts feature allows users to manage and store information about individuals or entities associated with a system or organization. In order to enhance the functionality of this feature, a modification can be made to the view by incorporating fields for first name, surname, and second name.

By including separate fields for first name, surname, and second name, users can input and store contact details with more precision and accuracy. This modification enables a clearer and more organized representation of contact information, facilitating better communication and record-keeping.

Users

Similar to the Contacts feature, the Users functionality can also benefit from the inclusion of first name, surname, and second name fields. This modification allows for more comprehensive user profiles and assists in distinguishing between individuals with similar names or shared surnames.

By incorporating these additional fields, the Users feature provides a more robust and reliable representation of user identities. It promotes effective user management, facilitates personalized interactions, and helps avoid confusion or misidentification.

Settings

To streamline the process of updating existing contacts and user profiles with the new first name, surname, and second name fields, a button can be added to the Settings section. This button can be labeled as "Split".

When users click the "Split" button, the system can automatically split the existing full name field into the respective first name, surname, and second name fields. This simplifies the data entry process and saves time, as users no longer need to manually separate the name components.

The addition of this button within the Settings section enhances user convenience, ensuring a smooth transition to the updated contact and user profile structure.
