Check Availability For N days
Description
This module is configured to allow for the check availability only to execute if the scheduled date is within N number of days (a chosen number of days) for all the warehouses.
Configuration
After installing the Check Availability for N days application, the feature will be enabled.
Go to Settings - - > Inventory - - > Operations.
Set a value on the “Ndays”.
Functionality
Go to Sales - - > Orders - - > Orders. Select any sale order.
While confirming the SO/MO if the scheduled date is the current day or within n days then the created transfer will Reserved automatically.
If we don't have stock at the time of confirming the sales order, we have a scheduler that will check the stock availability if the transfer's scheduled date is within the 'N' days.
Go to Inventory- - > Operations - - > Run check Availability Only.
The products can be reserved manually on the current day or within N days, or the scheduled action can trigger the reservation on the current day or within N days of the scheduled date on the sales order.
After completing the process of check availability, the status changes from "waiting” to ready status.
If you enable the “Include Reservation for Manufacturing orders Also” to run the check availability, it will check the availability for the MO based on the selection of the Run for (All Dates / Upto Today+N days).
