HR Payroll

HR Payroll management module provides functionality to manage Employee payslips generation via configured salary rules based on the respected employee's salary structure, compute salary slips, allowances, deductions, gross salary, net salary calculation, payslip approval flow, bulk payslips generation etc.

This module is compatible with

Payslip Generation Based on Employee Contract

Payslips will be generated based on the salary structure defined in the respected employee running contract.

Salary Structure with Salary Rules

Different kinds of salary rules can be defined and summarized into one salary structure

Employee Payslip Generation

Employee payslips will be generated according to the salary structure defined in employee's contract

Payslip Batches

Payslips can be generated in a bulk based on individual employees or department wise

Easily Search Record

You can search payslip record based on Employee, Stages and Payslip Batch.

Compute Payslip

Basic, Allowances, Gross salary, Deductions and Net salary will be calculated automatically based on employee's defined salary structure.

Payslip Report

You can generate payslip report.

Employee Contract

Employees -> Employees -> Contract
In this view, you can see all the contracts are displayed based on their stages like New, Running, Expired and Cancelled.
Contracts can be filtered and grouped using the various options.

In respected employee contract, You can add Employee, Salary structure type, Contract start date, Contract end date, Basic Wage, Working Schedule etc.
Please note that the employee's contract must be in running stage to affect all his/her calculation in the payslip

Salary Structure

Payroll -> Configuration -> Salary Structures
Different kinds of salary structure can be configured, in which different salary rules will be summarized

Salary Rule

Payroll -> Configuration -> Salary Rules
In a salary rule, system defines 3 options for calculation.
1. Percentage : Amount will be calculated as per percentage
2. Fixed Amount : Amount will be as given amount
3. Python Code : Amount will be calculate as per definend condition

Employee Payslip

Payroll -> Employee Payslips
Here when we will select the respected employee in the payslip, then the contract details will be also fetched by the system automatically.
Now, based on start date and end date defined, system will automatically calculate work days of an employee.
If any employee has taken the leave and when it will be unpaid leave then it will be automatically calculated in the payslip

Here when click on "Compute Sheet" button then after system will automatically calculated basic, allowance, gross, deduction and net salary of an employee based on the salary structure defined in his contract.After click on Confirm button, You can see payslip is done.

Employees -> Employees
In below screen, In Employee, You can see button where you see contract and payslip of a particular employee.

Payroll -> Employee Payslips
In below screen, You can cancel the employee payslip.

Payroll -> Employee Payslips
In below screen, You can see after cancelling payslip, It is in rejected state where you can move to Draft state again.

Payslip Batches

Payroll -> Payslip Batches
Here user will be able to configure and generate multiple employees payslip at once

After clicking on "Generate Payslip" button, system will open a wizard like this

In below screen, You can see multiple employee payslip are generated in Draft state.

After clicking on "Confirm Payslip" button, all payslips will be moved to done stage

You can close the Payslip batches.

After closing payslip batch, You can reset to draft state.

You can see all individual payslips here those were generated from Payslip Batches menu previously

Employee Payslip Report

Payroll -> Employee Payslips --> Print --> Payslip
Here you can see printed report of employee payslip.
