Portal RMA
After purchasing a product, a customer may want to return it back or ask for repair of the product due to some reason, or ask for a refund also. A suitable and standard software is required to manage , direct as well as align all the workflow processes of replace, refund and repair. RMA is also known as Return merchandise authorization, a powerful tool for managing the request process of replace, repair or refund within the workflow.
Portal RMA applications provide the functionality of multiple workflow options the module can function from the sale order. Through the sale order, the goods can be replaced, repaired or money can be refunded, if the goods are wrongly delivered or the customer receives damaged/defective goods. In addition to this, this application also provides an overview of the sales order with the sales order line, where in a particular line (product) can be selected for exchange, repair or refund process. Furthermore, the application also helps to exchange, repair or do the refund process for the service industries (repair service) directly through sale order. All this can be done by portal view.

Customer can directly create RMA from sale order and can also able to create by selecting sale order or Delivery order.
Auto Generation
Delivery order, credit note and sales order are created automatically based on the selected action (return, replace, repair).

- Click to the "create RMA" button to create RMA order from sale order report view
Order Line Wizard
- Whenever you click on "RMA" button, pop-up will be show and customer can select the lines, click to the create button and it's will be redirect to the create RMA order.

- RMA order list view with the dynamic filter by, sort by, group by and search by to easily search record and also delete draft record from the list view.
Create or Edit RMA Order
- Create or Edit record functionality provide by portal RMA module also you can select multiple options for order line selection.
- Here two options are available for creating rma lines by sale order or by delivery lines.

- After choose any one option customer will click update button and can able to genrate return lines by clicking to the genrate lines button.
