Stats

The dashboard provides real-time data summarizing catering lead details such as total, in discussion, won and lost leads, as well as catering order details like total orders, in progress, completed and cancelled orders, and specific food package details like total breakfast, dinner, and lunch packages.

Graphs

In addition to the data summary, the dashboard offers user-friendly graphs displaying the status of catering leads, orders, and top five events, making it easy to track progress and reference food package details.

Workflow

The work flow for catering leads follows a path of New, In discussion, Won, and Lost, reflecting the progression of the lead's status through the sales process

Leads summary

When creating a catering lead, customer personal information such as name, address, phone, and email, along with event details such as location, type, start-end date, estimated guests, and event leader's name, can be included. There is also an option to create a customer profile and catering order directly through the lead.

Catering Orders

Workflow

The work flow for catering orders follows a path of New, Catering Order, Completed, and Cancelled, reflecting the progress of the order's status through the fulfillment process.

Order summary

A catering order is created directly through the lead, with event and customer details, such as event type and location, name, phone number, email address, and event leader's name, automatically populated.

Food packages

You can choose from country-specific food package options when making a selection, and then filter further by selecting a meal type, like breakfast, lunch, or dinner, to find the perfect fit for your needs.

Food package images

Images displaying the details of the catering order, such as the specific food products included, can be provided to help clients better understand the package and visualize what they will be receiving.

Reports

The platform can create PDF reports of catering orders, which summarize the details of the order, including customer and event information, package details, and payment information.

Quotations

The platform streamlines the management and creation of catering order quotations, simplifying the process.
