The dashboard displays up-to-date information on event leads, including total, in discussion, won, and lost, as well as order details like total, in progress, completed, or cancelled, and food package options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Event lead workflow advances through stages of New, In Discussion, Won, and Lost, providing a clear picture of each lead's status throughout the process.
Leads summary
When creating an event lead, customer information including name, address, phone, email, and event details such as location, type, start/end date, estimated guests, and event leader's name can be included. A customer profile and event order can also be created directly from the lead.
