Set up stock allocation approval levels
Navigate to Approval > Configuration > Approval Types, the Stock Allocation Approval type is already set up by default. Click Edit to configure different approval levels before starting the warehouse allocation approval process.
Create a stock allocation request
To create a stock allocation request, the warehouse staff needs to navigate to the Approval app, search for the Stock Allocation Approval type then press Create Request.
The staff adds information to the approval request then press Save > Submit to send it to the manager. Remember to add Product, Quantity and select desired Destination Warehouse.
Note: To have your employees be able to enter the inventory allocation lines on the request, you need to grant the Inventory access rights to them.
