What it does

By default, you can only view relevant applicant profiles in the Recruitment app. This takes quite a bit of time for the Employee Document manager. Therefore, this module will provide you with the ability to view relevant applicant profiles on the Employee/Partner form.

  1. Add an applicants counter in the employee form to allow users can view related applicants.

Installation

  1. Navigate to Apps.
  2. Search with keyword viin_hr_recruitment.
  3. Press Install.

After installing the module, navigate to Recruitment > Applications > All Applications > Create a new Application > Create Employee.

When there is a new applicant, navigate to Employees > Find applicants who have turned into employees. On the Employees view, the relevant applicant's profile will be displayed.

In addition, the applicant's relevant profile information is also displayed on the partner view. Navigate to Contacts > Find the applicant name you just created.
