Problem
In reality, when entering partner phone number data, users often enter the correct phone number/mobile number format according to the country code, then enter the phone number (Example: +84 248xxx999, the +84 part is the country code for Vietnam). The country code will help telecommunications service operators identify the country of the person whom you want to contact. In case the company has foreign partners, entering the correct format will help you not to mistakenly call domestic contacts. However, when searching for a partner via phone/mobile number, entering the correct format will make the search more longer and complicated.
Solution
This module will help you to filter partners by phone or mobile number criteria when they contain special characters like -, :, ., (,), etc. This makes it easier to find partners.

Installation
- Navigate to Apps.
- Search with keyword viin_partner_filter.
- Press Install.

Let's take a look at the following example to see how this module works. For example, a partner in Australia has a phone number of (+61) 288xxx9999.
Step 1: Set up the partner's phone/mobile number.
Go to Contacts, select the partner you want to set up, then fill in the partner's phone number/mobile number and press the Save button. You can Create a new contact if not available.
Step 2: On the search bar of the Contacts interface, enter the phone number/mobile number of the partner you want to find, ignoring the special characters.
The system will filter out exactly the partner you are looking for.
