What it does
- Allow to log user assignment for all types of document that have assignment function. For example,
- Lead;
- Sale Order;
- Invoice;
- etc.
- Can analytic with Pivot view.
- Can access log from user profile.
- All log can be access from menu Setting/Technical/User Assignment/Log.

Installation
- Navigate to Apps.
- Search with keyword viin_user_assignment_log.
- Press Install.

Instruction video: Responsible User Assignment Logs
1. Activate the feature.
Activating Developer Mode (debug mode), navigate to Main menu > Settings > Technical > Models, select the model to be tracked user assignment.
For example, you want to follow the sales order to be assigned to the employees.
2. Tracking the assigned tasks.
As the above example, you can follow the sale orders that the employees are assigned to be in charge of. Go to Main menu > Setting > Users & Companies > Users, select the internal account, and navigate to the Assignment button. The system will show the list of sale orders that the employee is responsible for.
Otherwise, you can see the assignment history from all users in the ERP system. Go to Main menu > Setting > Technical > Log. It supports the pivot view to analyze the workload for each employee at this interface.
