What it does

During the recruitment process, usually the HR department will be the one to receive and build recruitment content, then through channels such as website, Facebook,... to post jobs. When posting recruitment content on the website, you often want to design recruitment content in a way that is both attractive to candidates and SEO-friendly. Therefore, it will need the support of the marketing department to design and edit recruitment content when posting on the website.

The viin_website_hr_recruitment_website_editor module was developed to solve the above need by providing an additional access rights feature that enables users with the Editor & Designer rights of the Website app to edit the recruitment content on the website.

Installation

  1. Navigate to Apps.
  2. Search with keyword viin_website_hr_recruitment_website_editor.
  3. Press Install.

Manage the single website

  • Step 1: Navigate Recruitment ‣ Configuration ‣ Settings to enable the feature Allow Website Editors to edit job recruitment pages:

  • Step 2: The HR Department creates a recruitment post for each position.
  • Step 3: Users have Editor and Designer rights to access the company's website, navigate to menu Recruitment will see Published and Unpublished job postings. Select the recruitment post to design, press Edit to design the detailed content of the job posting.

  • Step 4: Once done, press Save and Published on the website.

Manage the multi-websites

  • Step 1: In addition to activating the feature in the Recruitment app, you navigate to Website ‣ Configuration ‣ Settings to enable Allow Website Editors to edit this website's job recruitment pages for each website you want.

  • Step 2: Do the same as when managing the single website, but at the Recruitment tab, you can choose which website to post this job posting on:

Note: The selected website needs to be enabled in Step 1.
