Go to the Tawk.to website and click on the "Sign Up" button if you don't have an account. If you already have an account, click "Log In" instead.

Choose your preferred language from the available options.

Provide details about your website.

You can invite coworkers or team members to collaborate on managing chat conversations.

Click on the "Done" button

In the dashboard, navigate to the "Administration" section get your "Property ID"

Add the Property ID to Odoo Settings

Get Your Chat Widget ID from the Tawk.to Chat Widget

Add the Widget ID to Odoo Settings and click on the "SAVE" button.

After configuring and saving the Tawk.to settings in Odoo, you can typically view the chat widget with its icon on your Odoo

You can send Messages to Agents or Admins via the Chat Widget

Agent or admin,can manage and respond to visitor's messages and details through the Tawk.to dashboard.

You can view the Responses Instantly in Odoo
