Overview

The "Quickbook Connector" module in Odoo 16 facilitates seamless synchronization of data between Odoo and QuickBooks, streamlining financial and accounting processes. Key data entities include customers, products, product categories, chart of accounts, taxes/tax rates, bills, journals, payments, invoices, customer payments, credit notes, vendors, purchase orders, and currencies.

This module allows to sync data between odoo and Quickbook.

You can import and xeport data between Quickbook and Odoo as per below list.

Configuration

  • In the Invoicing we added one new menu which you can see in below image by clicking on this menu you can create Quickbook record.
  • In the client id you have to enter the name of you google spreadsheet which you want to sync.
  • After configure this all things Click on this Authorized & Get Token button.
  • After that click on Fetch Data when you click on fetch data odoo Quickbook connector will fetch all the data from Quickbook and create it in odoo.
