XF Payroll and Accounting modules integration
Accounting:
After installing this submodule, you will have the capability to establish accounting rules for salary components. This allows you to specify whether it should be a debit or credit entry, assign analytical distribution, and indicate the partner associated with each component. These settings enable the generation of comprehensive journal entries with detailed information.
In addition, for each contract and payslip, you have the option to define the accounting journal and analytical distribution rule.
Accounting details are automatically copied from the contract when generating a payslip. However, you have the flexibility to make changes during the draft stage.
Furthermore, you have the option to configure analytic distribution for each line of the payslip.
You can manually post journal entries individually for each payslip or post entries for all payslips using the payroll entry form.
