Restrict Invoice Delete
Description
This module is configured to restrict the delete option for Invoice.
Configuration
After installing the Restrict Invoice Delete application, the feature will be enabled.
This app hides the delete option from Invoices, Credit Notes, Bills, Refunds, and Journal Entries for the users by disabling a boolean group called “Can Delete Invoice” from Users.
When the “Can Delete Invoice” boolean is disabled in Users, the delete option will be hidden from the form view and tree view of the Invoices, Credit Notes, Bills, Refunds, and Journal Entries.
Go to Settings - - > Users & Companies - - > Users.
Click on the Admin user where the “Can Delete Invoice” field
is added under the access rights of the user.
Functionality
Go to Accounting - - > Customers - - > Invoices. Select any invoice.
Click on the Action Button of the invoice where the delete option will be hidden in both the List and the form view as per the functionality similarly for the Invoices, Credit Notes, Bills, Refunds and Journal Entries.
