Employee Medical Details
This app allows you to Add Employee's Medical Details into Employee Form view.
Complete process for configuration and functionality explained below.
After Installation Go to Employees -> Configuration -> Medical History Here add a All Health Related Questions.
Now go to Employees menu here HR can easily add Employee Medical Details like (past medical History, present Medical History, Employee health details, employee Medical Insurance Details.)
In Medical History tab we can Add employee Family DR. Info, Clinic or Hospital Address, and Covid vaccination Details.
Here we can add Employee past and Present medical History Details.
In Medical Insurance tab we can add employee past and current insurance plan details.
From Print Medical Details Option we can print employee medical details Report.
