Job Application Import Odoo App offers a solution for users looking to efficiently import their job applications from CSV or XLS files. With this app, the process becomes seamless and hassle-free.

Once the import process is initiated, the system guides users through the steps, ensuring a smooth transition of data. Once completed, users are automatically redirected to a overview of the successfully imported data. Additionally, the application provides a convenient option to review any non-imported data, accompanied by clear explanations for why certain data might not have been imported.

To facilitate the ease of use, the app includes the functionality to directly download sample files from within the wizard. This feature users by giving them the necessary resources to prepare their data accurately before importing.

User can import job application from CSV/XLS file.

Non Imported Data

User can view non imported data of job application with reason.

APPLICANT'S NAME
- Name of applicant's.
APPLIED JOB
- Name of applied job.
APPLICATION NAME
- Name of job application.
STAGE
- Stage of job application.
APPRECIATION
- Appreciation of job application.
MOBILE
- Mobile number of job applicant's.
TAGS
- Tags of job application.
RECRUITER
- Name of job recruiter.
PHONE
- Phone number of job applicant's.
DEGREE
- Degree of job applicant's.
DEPARTMENT
- Department of job application.

Job Application Import Menu

Under Recruitment user can see "Job Application Import" menu.

Import Job Application Wizard

On clicking "Job Application Import" menu new wizard will open, Here user can select file, and file type to import job application.

User can also download sample file to import job application by enable "Download Sample Files" option and select "Sample Type" and click "DOWNLOAD SAMPLE FILE" button.

Successfully Imported Data

On clicking "IMPORT" button job applications are successfully imported from selected file and user can see under job positions menu.

Non Imported Data

If some of the data not imported successfully those are view in 'Non Imported Data' menu with reason.

Warning/Validation

If user select wrong file format, Raise warning.

Installation Guide

Before installing this module you have to install following packages in your system.

1.sudo pip install xlrd

2.sudo pip install xlwt

OR

1.sudo apt-get install python-xlrd

2.sudo apt-get install python-xlwt
