MRP Work Center Alert Notification Odoo Apps
MRP Work Order Alert Odoo App is designed to provide users with various functionalities related to manufacturing costing reports, grace time, delay alerts, and work order management. Manufacturing costing reports providing insights into the costs involved in the manufacturing process.
Grace Time and Actual Delay: Users can define a grace time period for work orders. If the work order exceeds the expected time, the app highlights the actual delay, enabling users to identify and address any issues promptly. Work Order Closure Alerts: this alerts helps end users to close work orders within a specified time frame. This feature ensures that work orders are completed on time, reducing delays and improving efficiency.
Supervisor Email Notifications: Users can assign a supervisor to receive email notifications regarding delay issues. This functionality keeps supervisors informed about any delays and enables them to take appropriate actions to resolve the issues. Delay Reason and Fluctuation Reason: When the actual time exceeds the expected time, a popup is raised, prompting the user to enter a delay reason. If the time difference is equal to or greater than 15 minutes, the user must also provide a fluctuation reason, capturing additional details about the deviation. This app includes a scheduled cron job that runs once a week. This cron job generates an email report containing work order issues and sends it to the assigned supervisor. This report helps supervisors stay updated on any ongoing work order problems.

Add Supervisor in Manufacturing Order
User can add supervisor in specific manufacturing order.
Alert Work Order
If actual time > expected time, Popup raised to enter Delay Reason and if difference is >= 15 min then must be enter Fluctuation Reason.
Email Notification for Workorder Issue
Supervisor will get the email notification for workorder issue.
Download or Print Workorder Issue Report
Supervisor can download or print workorder issue report in PDF format.Add Supervisor in Manufacturing Order
User can add supervisor for specific manufacturing order to send email regarding that delay issues.
Add Grace Time in Work Order
User can add grace time in specific workorder so total expected duration is sum of expected duration and grace time.
Delay Reason Popup
If real duration is above the total expected duration and click on 'Done' button, One popup raised to enter 'Delay Reason' compulsory.
Enter Delay Reason
User can enter delay reason for specific work order.
If total expected duration and total real duration difference is greater than or equal to 15 minutes, User must be enter 'Fluctuation Reason' for manufacturing order.
Cron for Work Order Issue Notification
Run one cron job every week which will redirect one email to the supervisor which containing work order issue report.
Email with Attachments of Workorder Issue
Supervisor should be get the email notification for workorder issue with attachment of 'Workorder Issue Report'.
