Customer Feedback & Rating for POS Order
Get feedback and rating from customer for point of sale order.
Subscribe/Unsubscribe from Feedback Email
Customer can subscribe or unsubscribe from feedback email anytime.Customer Feedback Configuration
User need to enable "Feedback Email" option to receive feedback email.
When POS order paid with selected customer will get email notification for feedback.
Feedback Email
Customer will get an email for feedback, also need to click button as shown image to give a feedback.
Rating & Feedback Form
Customer can select ratings and can add feedback and click on "SUBMIT" button.
On submit of feedback success message will appear.
Feedback & Rating on POS Order
POS manager can see customer feedback and rating under "Feedback & Rating" tab on POS order.
Unsubscribe for Feedback
User can unsubscribe from receiving feedback and rating email by clicking "Unsubscribe" button on email.
Customer can see email is unsubscribed and "Feedback Email" option is disable automatically on customer view.
