Keyboard Shortcut Access Rights
User can give an access rights for keyboard shortcut from POS configuration.
Create Keyboard Shortcut for POS
User can create different types of keyboard shortcut for point of sale.Shortcut Value Menu
Goto Point of Sale -> Configuration -> Shortcut Value menu in that user can view the shortcut values.
Shortcut Screen Menu
Goto Point of Sale -> Configuration -> Shortcut Screen menu in that user can see the shortcut screen type, shortcut values and shortcut key in list view.
Create Shortcut Screen
User can create shortcut screen in that select shortcut screen type.
User can select specific shortcut values for that shortcut screen type.
Once select shortcut values, Shortcut key should be automatically added for that values.
Shortcut Screen Payment Method Menu
Goto Point of Sale -> Configuration -> Shortcut Screen Payment Method menu in that user can see the payment method, shortcut screen type and shortcut key in list view.
User can select shortcut screen type then select payment method and based on selected payment method shortcut key should be automatically added.
POS Configuration for Keyboard Shortcut Access
Under point of sale configuration, User can tick on "Enable Keyboard Shortcut" checkbox then select shortcut screens and shortcut screen payment method to use it in POS.
Search Product Shortcut Key in POS
User needs to press "F" key in keyboard to search product on product screen in POS.
Discount Mode Shortcut Key in POS
User needs to press "D" key in keyboard to select discount mode on product screen in POS.
Payment Method Shortcut Key in POS
User needs to press "B" key in keyboard to select "Bank" payment method on payment screen in POS.
