Restrict POS - Point of Sale User Payment Method Odoo app enables users to control and restrict payment methods based on user permissions. Users can either make payment methods available for all users or selectively assign them to specific individuals. Administrators have the authority to designate which payment methods are accessible to particular users, ensuring that only authorized users can see and utilize those assigned payment methods, while others remain visible to the public.

In user configuration under "Point of Sale" tab, Select the payment method for specific user.
Payment Methods Configuration
Goto Point of Sale -> Configuration -> Settings in that user have options to enable "Available to all the users" or choose the specific user to allowed payment method in POS.
