When there is the same support ticket posted or posted ticket from the same client it's easy to merge them using this Odoo app. This Odoo app contains almost everything you need for the service desk, technical support team, call center management, Issue ticketing system which include issue tracking, billing payment, tech support portal, service request with timesheet to be managed in Odoo project management app. Website customer helpdesk support ticketing system is used to give customers an interface where users can send support ticket requests and attach documents from the website. Support tickets will be sent by email to customer and admin and manage online ticketing systems for customer support in Odoo. Also it allows you to create invoices easily from the timesheet logged for the project issue and helpdesk support ticketing system. Customers can view their ticket from the website portal and easily see the stage of the reported ticket. Also, customers can communicate with the help-desk support team from the website communication option. This app helps users to merge multiple support tickets easily. Users can merge multiple helpdesk support tickets into selected tickets and add all remaining tickets as secondary tickets to selected support tickets or merge all selected support tickets and create new tickets.

If you are using Odoo enterprise version then please note that, This app doesn't work with odoo enterprise's Helpdesk app, We have our own Helpdesk app and this app adds merge helpdesk support ticket on our helpdesk app.

Merge Into Existing one

Allow Support User to merge tickets into one existing ticket by considering it as primary ticket.

Merge Into New one

Allow Support User to create a new ticket after merging multiple tickets.

Sub Tickets

All Tickets Under The primary ticket will see under the tab secondary tickets.

Primary Ticket View

After the merge, all secondary tickets will be an archive in a system and will not appear on the list. Only Primary tickets you can see in the main tree view.
