This Odoo module enhances your sales management by providing a flexible and efficient commission calculation system. It caters to two prevalent commission structures: fixed amount and percentage-based. Additionally, it empowers you to generate informative PDF reports, streamlining commission tracking and analysis.

  • Fixed Amount: Reward sales agents with a set amount for specific sales or products. (e.g., $20 for every laptop sold)
  • Percentage-Based: Motivate sales agents with a portion of the total sale amount. (e.g., 5% of the sale price)
  • No more manual calculations! Commissions are automatically calculated when invoices are validated.
  • Generate clear and easy-to-read PDF reports that show commission details for each salesperson with date range.
  • Set up commission rules in just a few clicks with a user-friendly interface.

How to Use:

How to Use:

  • Download and Install the module.
  • Click the Commission Icon
  • Create the Commission Agents (Relation with Users).
  • Create customer profiles and link them to referral commission agents, as shown by the arrows in the image.
  • All referral Customers will be shown under Contacts menu
  • Now make the Sale Orders and under the Commission Info tab set the Commission type either it is fixed or percentage-based.
  • Confirm the Sale Orders and make the Invoices
  • The following scheduled action has been established to execute on a daily basis, systematically scrutinizing invoices and generating commission records for the respective agents.
  • Verification of commission records generated by the scheduled action is possible.
  • From the reporting feature, users have the option to download either individual commission reports for specific agents or comprehensive commission reports encompassing all agents' commissions within a designated time frame.
  • The triggered report displays fixed or percentage-based commissions categorized by individual agents.
