Setting Up The Module
Getting Started
Start by creating a new shipping method. You can do this by going to Configuration > Shipping Methods or Inventory > Configuration > Shipping Methods. Next, give your shipping method a name, select "Shipcloud" as provider, and select the corresponding delivery product.
Go to the Shipcloud configuration tab, enter your API key, select a carrier and the corresponding carrier service as well as the label paper size (Paperformat). For the tracking email, select a mail template. These emails are triggered when the shipment is in transit. Activate the webhook to get updates on the deliveries' status. Select a packaging and change the field "Deliver from" if the shipping is not sent from your company address.
Tracking Details
After you validate an order, you can see more details under Additional Info . The "Shipcloud state" shows the the status of your delivery. Under tracking reference, you will find the tracking number. You can cancel the shipment by clicking on "cancel".
