Driving School Management in Odoo

Driving school management system
This odoo application allows you to maintain Driving Management into the odoo. You can create various Driving Class for the multiple students. Later on, Driving Lessons and Attendance will be generated automatically. You can generate invoices for each student for the Driving Class. Various PDF Reports are provided and you can see on screen Driving School Analysis report also.
FEATURES

Role of the Users:
- Student
- Teacher
- Administrator

Student can see his own documents

Teacher can see own and its related student's documents

When you create Class, then Lessons will created automatically
based on your Repeat selection

Two ways to create Lessons:
- Daily
- On Specific Days

Daily : If start date of class is 1 January and end date of class is 15 January, then it will
generate 15 Lessons. Because you have selected daily so it will create lessons for all 15 days
-
On Specific Days : In this selection you have to select specific week days.Suppose you have
selected Wednesday, and Saturday from the week days.So it will create lessons for only Wednesday and
Saturday from given class date range

Once lesson is created, attendance is automatically created for the each student of the class,
Initially each student is absent

You can now start the lesson, before starting the lesson you have to fill
the attendance of the students

When you fill attendance of the student from the lesson, it will be automatically reflect into
the attendance screen

You have to complete all the lessons, and once all the lessons are completed then you
can complete the Class

Once class is completed you can generate invoice for each student of the class

Create Class and click on Start Class to Load Lessons
Lessons Loaded Automatically
Lessons Automatically created for each Student of Class
Attendances generated for each Student of Class (initially everyone is absent)
Fill attendance and start the Lesson
Student appears Present automatically when attendance is Filled
Complete all the Lessons
Complete the Class
Configure Invoice Product
Create Invoices for Students
Invoices created for each Student of the Class
Print Driving Attendance Report
On Screen Driving Class Analysis Report
