SIRE - Registro de Compras Sunat Perú TXT XLS
- Genera el reporte de Registro de Compras según un periodo y por rango de fechas
- Permite crear reportes de compras en formato ZIP, TXT y XLS según el formato 08.4 y 08.5 de SUNAT
- Considera todos los casos de tipo de adquisición, no domiciliados, impuestos, importación, tipo de cambio, exportación, etc.
Manual de usuario
1. Registro de factura de compras
- Ir a Facturación > Proveedores > Facturas
- Dar click en Nuevo
- Seleccionar el proveedor
- Seleccionar la moneda
- Seleccionar el tipo de documento
- Seleccionar el tipo de adquisición
- Digitar el número de documento
- Dar click en Agregar línea
- Seleccionar el producto
- Digitar la cantidad
- Digitar el precio unitario
- Dar click en Guardar
- Dar click en Confirmar
2. Registro de factura de compras no domiciliadas
- Ir a Facturación > Proveedores > Facturas
- Dar click en Nuevo
- Seleccionar el proveedor extranjero
- Seleccionar la moneda
- Seleccionar el tipo de documento
- Seleccionar el tipo de adquisición
- Digitar el número de documento
- Dar click en Agregar línea
- Seleccionar el producto
- Digitar la cantidad
- Digitar el precio unitario
- Dar click en Guardar
- Dar click en Confirmar
3. Creación de reporte
- Ir al menú Facturación > Informes > Reportes SIRE > Registro de Compras
- Dar click en Nuevo
4. Generación de los archivos ZIP, TXT y XLS
- Dar click a Actualizar datos
- Se obtienen todos los comprobantes del periodo
- Dar click en Generar reportes
- Se generan los archivo ZIP, TXT y XLS
- Dar click en cada archivo para descargarlo
