Change Demand Quantity of Incoming Shipments

Overview


Sometimes manufacturers will announce after confirming the PO that they can only send a smaller amount, or different articles. This should be reflected in the system, so this module will be used to change demand qty of incoming shipments if it is in ready state.

After Installation of the module go to Inventory --> Transfers. There you can add filter of incoming receipts having state as ready.

On click of change qty button from picking, it will open a wizard having stock moves value auto-populated. User can change demand to change qty.

On click of Change Qty button from wizard, it will ask for confirmation.

On confirmation, it will re-reserve the stock moves and update the picking and purchase order.

Quantity of product will be updated in purchase order line.
