Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server Configuration
- Settings -> Technical -> Incoming Mail Servers
- Settings -> Technical -> Outgoing Mail Servers

Assign Access Rights to users
- Settings -> Users & Companies -> Users -> Select User -> Check the checkbox Mail Box User
