Overview
Manage your fees for pre-school and school with important reports Manage different operations like how much fees has been paid or due for specific standard students with specific year and specific student information.

Once you Installed the modules you need to enable two groups for the users Pre-School User and School User Following the steps to enable this access. Go to Settings >> Users & Companies Click on Users menus and open the user to whom you want to assign access rights.
Added important fields on the company view like registry, trust, board, index no etc. to have proper bonafield and leaving certificate reports with proper headers.
Added menu to configure academic years from Fees Management>>Configuration >> Years
Added menu to configure standards from Fees Management>>Configuration >> Standard
Added menu to configure fees type from Fees Management>>Configuration >> Fees Type
Added menu to configure divisions from Fees Management>> Configuration >> Division

You can filter fees by different parameter like Standard, Year, Month, Fees Type, Student, Status etc.
If you charge any pre admission fees, then you can setuo here
You can see student
You can see student's fees detail in form view of student
You can see student's fees standard wise. You can set standard wise total fees from here.
Standard Wise fees entry generation
You can generate fees entry for standard wise from here. Click on Generate Fees Entry to generate entries.
On click Generate Fees Entry, you will see one wizard will open, fill year, standard and amount and entries are generated. To see go to student >> Fee Structure
Export Student Fees History Report
You can export all fees history of student from here
On click Export Fees History, you will see one wizard will open, In that select year format and click export
On click Generate Fees Entry, you will see one wizard will open, In that you can download report file

Export Paid/Due Fees Report
If you want to export due/paid fees for specific standard then you can generate report:
On click, you will see one wizard will open, in that you can select different formats (Standard wise)
After clicking Generate Fees Entry button, you can download file from wizard

You can also add neccesory student's detail from here
You can all fees like total paid fees, total due fees, current year due fees, current year paid fees etc.
