Overview
Inter Company Transfer
This module is very useful for multi company environment when the product transfer from one company to another with accounting effect of it.
Handles:
- In User's setting you have "Inter Company Transfer" permission group if you check this group on a user then only that user can perform "Inter Company Transfer".
- After giving permission to user, In Sale Order you have to select other Company name in Customer to transfer this order. Once you select Company and Confirm this order, A purchase Order will generate automatically in other Company.
- Here is the Purchase Order which was generated automatically from sale company. You can find Sale Company name in Vendor and Sale order number in Vendor Reference.
- You can create Transfer Order from Purchase Order as well. it will generate Sale Order in other Company
- This Sale Order is generated from Purchase Company. you can identify the Generated Transfer Order by the Top Right hand side message "This is a Transfer Order".
BACK-ORDER EFFECT
- E.g: Lets say you have receive only half or some Quantity from sale company and you have created Back-Order for Remaining Quantity, it will generate a Back-order in Sale Company as well and it will also change quantity of main order as purchase company have receive only half or some quantity.
- Here in Sale Order you can find a Back-Order which is generated from Purchase Company.
RETURN ORDER EFFECT
- If for any reason you return some Product by creating Return Order, It will generate a Return Order in Sale Company as well.
- Here in Sale Order you can find a Return Order which is generated from Purchase Company.
- In Transfers we have a Filter "Inter Company Transfer" which only shows Transfer records.
- We have Added new Field for Transfer Reference which help us identify that from and to which location the product has Transfered
- The "Inter Company Transfer" Filter and "Transfer Reference" Field are also available in STOCK MOVES.
- The "Inter Company Transfer" Filter and "Transfer Reference" Field are also available in PRODUCT MOVES.
