KPIs:
Revenue - revenue is a key performance indicator (KPI) used by sales departments to track the total amount of revenue generated from sales over a given period. It's also referred to as total revenue and is a good measure of business health.
OPEX- Opex (operational expenditure) is the money a company or organization spends on an ongoing, day-to-day basis to run its business. These expenses can be one-time or recurring.
Gross Profit - Gross profit is the profit a business makes after subtracting all the costs that are related to manufacturing and selling its products or services.
Quantity- This KPI shows how much quantity of a product is sold from your inventory.
Asset- Asset shows the product you purchase as an asset will be added to the corresponding asset model in Odoo.
Slicers:
Sale partners- The sales partners slicer allows you to track your Sales Representative's individual performance and the number of deals in their pipeline, forecasted revenue, and any other performance indicators your team uses.
Invoice Status - The Invoice Status field lets you know where your customer is in the invoice approval and payment process. The turnaround time for an invoice to move between statuses, such as from Sent to Approved, depends on your customer's internal processes.
Month and Year Slicer - This provides an interactive way to narrow down the data displayed in visualizations to a particular timeframe, making it easier to focus on specific periods of interest.
Top Profitable Products- This KPI shows your profit through a tree view according to the number of products sold from your inventory.
Top Products by Quantity- This KPI shows which product sold the most. This will clear you to which is the key product in your inventory.

Setup & How to use
1. Requirements:
Must have updated Power BI desktop version.
Must have Purchased sales dashboard from techfinna.
2. Set-up:
Now Open the Sales Dashboard PBIX file into your Power BI desktop.
Now, go to transform data- Edit parameters into the Home tap.
Enter your Odoo account credential into these fields and tap load.
Tap apply changes and you will get your Odoo data into an attractive dashboard.
