Project Checklist
How cool Would that be, if Project Checklist module provide checklists generation for tasks based on stages.
Checklist Configuration :-
Navigate to the Settings > Users & Companies > Click on Users > Go to Technical Sections > Enable the Manage Checklists in Project Task.
Checklists :-
Navigate to the Project > Go to Configuration menu > Select Checklist.
Creating Checklists :-
Now, create checklists, write checklist name, select projects and stages.
Create Multiple Checklist :-
Project-wise and Stage-wise assigning of Checklist :-
You can assign these checklists to any stage you want. Stages are listed according to the Project.
Now go to the task created earlier and checkout the Checklist page of the task.
You can see all your Checklists assigned to each and every stage.
No stage transition without completion of checklist at present stage :-
Try to move to the next stage, i.e., TO DO to IN PROGRESS, It will raise an error that all checklists are not done.
You have to complete all the checklists,i.e, have to make them true to proceed to next stage.
Stage wise task Progress :-
Progress Bar to depict how much percentage of task is completed.
Very helpful in keeping a check on the task.
After completing all the Checklist, the progress bar becomes 100%.
Automatic Updation of Checklist :-
Checklist automatically gets updated after transition to new stage.
